• AED 4,259 per person on Twin or Triple sharing (Adult / Child)
• AED 4,699 per person on Single occupancy
• AED 3,699 per child without bed (up to 11 y/o)
• AED 700 per infant (0- 1.99 y/o)

VISA INFORMATION:

All Nationals are Visa On Arrival aprrox. 25USD per person.

DAY WISE ITINERARY:

Day 01: Lake Naivasha (D)
Arrive at 1305hrs, met on arrival and depart to Lake Naivasha. Brief stop at The Great Rift Valley. Arrive and check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Country Club. Lunch is not included

Day 02: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE (B,L,D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy 01 hr boat ride at the lake.
Depart with packed lunch and drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve offering wonderful scenery and plenty of game. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same super-abundance as existed a century ago. Arrive and proceed for afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight at your lodge- Azure Mara Haven

Day 03: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE (B,L,D)
Full day in Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives or option of full day game drives with packed lunch. Meals and overnight at your camp – Azure Mara Haven

Day 04: Nairobi (B,L,D)
Dawn game drive. Breakfast at the camp.
Depart for a return journey to Nairobi, with a packed lunch. Arrive Nairobi and dropped for overnight at Ibis Hotel
Nairobi. Dinner included

Day 05: Depart (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Pick up at 09.00AM and transferred to JKIA for your onward flight.

Payment Policy –

• 45 Days or more from departure date – 25% of Package cost.
• Between 30 to 45 Days from departure date – 50 % of Package cost.
• Less than 15 to 30 Days from departure date – 100% of Package Cost.
• Booking Amount is Non- Refundable/ Non-Transferable.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel 0 – 25 days before departure, then 100% of the booking value will be charged
• If you cancel 26 – 45 days before departure, then 50% of the booking value will be charged
• If you cancel 45 days or earlier before departure, then 25% of the booking value will be charged

Important Notes:

• • Prices are subject to change as per the current offers/ Promotions
  • Standard Check In time 1400hrs / Check Out 1100hrs. Early Check In / Late Check Out are subject to availability upon check in.
  • Room type (double or twin is Subject to Availability and is at sole discretion of the hotel)
  • The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking room/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed
  • We shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers.
  • We reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary
  • Visa Approved / Rejection: Please note that approval or rejection of visa is done at the sole discretion of the
    Embassy. We can under no circumstances assure grant or approval of visa. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for approval or rejection of your visa, as we are act as an intermediary in the application process. In the eventually of a visa getting rejected, we will adhere as per cancellation policies outlined in this document.
  • Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the passport & visa requirements of the country of travel
  • The tour manager reserves the right to modify the itinerary as they seem fit. These minor changes are made for the benefit of the passengers and for the smooth running of the tour.
  • Itinerary is just indicative. Do not consider it as a Final Schedule. Date & Time of Tours can be changed by Local Agent / Tour Operator.
  • Arrival / Departure Timing: Mentioned airline scheduled of Arrival and Departure are in local time.
  • Check in at Airport Due to high traffic, it’s widely recommended to arrive the airport three hours ahead of time. We can’t take responsibility of missed flight.
  • Residents of UAE, KSA and other GCC countries must ensure that the validity of their visa/Iqama/residency permit exceeds 6 months from the date of return.
  • There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour package
